With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tod brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His extensive background encompasses not only insurance broker experience, giving him a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, but also insurance carrier experience, granting him insights into the underwriting decision-making process. Throughout his career, Tod has demonstrated a consistent track record of driving sustained profitability for insurance businesses throughout the United States.

Tod’s management approach is characterized by forward-thinking and entrepreneurial, qualities that have propelled him to success. His passion for fostering teamwork, orchestrating departmental transformations, and cultivating impactful high-level relationships has resulted in a significant impact on organizations.

Scott has more than three decades of underwriting experience, much of which has been spent specializing in Workers’ Compensation.

Prior to heading up our team of underwriters, he was an Executive Underwriter at a leading insurance group, where he helped expand their business across the Atlantic Region. Scott was also Business Development Consultant at Accident Fund Insurance Company, playing a pivotal role in turning it into one of Virginia’s top ten Workers’ Compensation carriers.

His deep underwriting knowledge means he can properly advocate for the client – he knows how to present our analysis and get the best results possible from our carrier.

Scott has earned 11 industry designations including CPCU, ARM, WCP and CWCP. He also earned his MBA from Olivet College in 2018.

Tonya is a seasoned safety management professional with 30-plus years of experience in helping businesses manage risks.

She specializes in several industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, education, habitational and transportation. Tonya takes pride in working with clients to develop a strong safety culture – helping them identify hazards, manage risk, and protect the people in their business.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Tonya holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Risk Management, as well as a number of top industry accreditations including CSP, ARM, WCP, and WACH.

Esther is a highly experienced occupational healthcare professional with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the sector. Prior to joining Seaglass, Esther worked at MEMIC Group where she held the position of Safety Management Consultant for a number of years. Esther also ran her own consultation firm, Murray Healthcare Consultants, LLC. Additionally, she has held senior positions at Prism Medical, ArjoHuntleigh, and other firms.
